Free shipping across the United States

Shipping is included in the price. There are no separate delivery charges at checkout, and no minimum order. What you see on the product page is what you pay us.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that:

Typical delivery: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs or public holidays are outside our control.

Where your order ships from

We are a small shop and we do not hold stock. Items are dispatched by our supply partners, most of which are located overseas. Two things follow from that, and we would rather you know them before you order than after:

Delivery takes longer than it would from a domestic warehouse. The estimate above is realistic, not optimistic.
An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Nothing has gone wrong if that happens.

Import charges

Because orders ship from outside the United States, customs duties, import fees or handling charges may be applied by the carrier on delivery. These are set by the authorities and the carrier, not by us, and they are not included in our prices. Where they apply, they are payable by the recipient.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. Where tracking is available for the shipping method used, the tracking number is included in that email.
