Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several separate shipments, the period begins on the day the last item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
