Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms govern all orders placed through techkraft.store.
1. Provider
Sarah Sophie Vogel, Coppistrasse 83, 04157 Leipzig, Germany. Email: info@techkraft.store. Full details on our Legal Notice page.
2. Where we ship
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.
3. How a contract is formed
Product listings do not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button you make a binding offer to purchase. We confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods or expressly confirm acceptance.
4. Prices
All prices are final prices and include shipping. In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation), no VAT is shown or charged.
Orders ship from outside the United States. Customs duties or import charges may be applied by the carrier on delivery; these are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. See Shipping Information.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed.
6. Delivery
Delivery takes place to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are stated on our Shipping Information page and are non-binding estimates unless a date has been expressly agreed as binding.
7. Returns
Our return policy is described under Returns & Refunds. It supplements and does not limit your statutory rights.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, and limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
10. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
11. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your place of residence.
